TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of electric sea scooter sessions offered by Trottinette des Mers – Nice.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after full online payment has been received.

• All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the session: Full refund.

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session: No refund will be issued, except in the event of adverse weather conditions as determined by the operator.

• Cancellation by the operator (due to weather conditions or safety reasons): Customers will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule their session.

4. Participation Requirements

• A minimum age and maximum weight apply in accordance with safety guidelines.

• Participants must be in good physical health.

• Wearing the provided safety equipment is mandatory at all times during the activity.

5. Liability

Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the operator.

Trottinette des Mers – Nice accepts no liability for any incident or damage resulting from a participant's failure to comply with these safety instructions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
